China’s first phoenix culture theme park opened to the public in Fenghuang (Phoenix) Ancient Town, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, on the morning of May 12. This represents the town’s significant progress in improving its travel services and its constant efforts to enrich phoenix culture travel.
Huang Yongyu, a famous Fenghuang-born painter and “wizard of the painting circle”, released lucky birds at the opening ceremony.
Located in the picturesque Nanhuashan Forest Park, the park embodies China’s 7,800-year phoenix culture.
