On Jan 2nd, Source from Fenghuang People’s Government has learned after honored “China First Strong County of Tourism ”, “National Top Ten Rovering Sites ”, “2013 China Most Leisure Town”, Fenghuang ancient town is again awarded“The Most Livable Town in China”. Other selected scenic spots are: Dongguan Qingxi Town, Yunnan Lijiang Ancient Town, Zhejiang Wu Town and etc.
The annual “China Media Awards” is sponsored and organized by overseas China media cooperation organization, which includes 81 memberships spread in near 30 countries and regions across five continents. The activity embodies many awards: “Accomplished Chinese”, “Accomplished Chinese Enterprises”, “China Charming Town”, “China Most Livable Town” and all awards are from the 81 overseas Chinese media high-rise across five continents. In line with objective and justice principle of voting and extensive opinions from overseas Chinese, ten awards are selected. By now, two such activities have been held. At the night of Dec 30th, 2013, on the scene of 2013 International China Media Award, Fenghuang ancient town, which was honored “China Most Beautiful Small Town”, is awarded “The Most Livable Town in China”.
