On July, 12th, according to information from a dispatch meeting on Wulingyuan Key projoect construction, the establishment of Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Visitor Center, with a total investment of 360 million will be launched this year. It is said that once the project has been completed, the biggest parking center in Hunan which possesses an area of 55557 square meters and 715 carports including 492 stalls for cars comes out. It can holds 100,000 cars at the same time.
As is said by its principal, the visitor center will be planned ecologically, culturally and humanizedly as to abide by the planning principles. It is aimed to show the features of Zhangjiajie landform and folk customs and become one of the comprehensive tourists service centers characterized by international standards and local colors through high standards of travel service facilities, distinct image of scenic area entrance, the perfect traffic distribution system.
