On Dec 3rd, Zhangjiajie Yellow Stone Village Ropeway Co.,Ltd Announces: In January, the ropeway facilities will be inspected and the specific date is from Jan 4th, 2014 to Jan 8th, 2014. During the overhaul, The whole ropeway will be off-stream and so tourists who want to visit Yellow Stone Village have to arrive the mount on foot.
Constructed in 1997 and upgraded in Nov, 2009 with a total investment of 80 million RMB, The Yellow Stone Village ropeway covers 1,016 meters of its inclined length. Its pattern is single circle hanging model and its operation speed is at 6m/s and carrying capacity 1,300 People/hour , with 8 people sitting in cabinlift. The ropeway was prized “China Top Ten Ropeways” and is honored “First-class enterprise of safety production standard” by China Ropeway Association in Nov, 2013 and is awarded security service quality 5s standard of national highest passenger ropeway enterprise.
The person in charge of Yellow Stone Village Ropeway Co.,Ltd remarks this inspection is carried out by professionals and some obsolete ropeway facilities will be replaced to guarantee high-service, high-efficient and safe reception of tourists from home and abroad.
