On May 11, Zhangjiajie slalom project resumes. Hundreds of tourists experience Wulingyuan district water rafting project. Driftingis different from previous years. This year, it will increase the distance of about 500 meters.
According to Wulingyuan district water conservancy department, in the past two years, it hasinvested 20 million yuan to carry on the elaborate water landscape, extend theslalom distance, which is advantageous to the travel experience.
Zhangjiajie slalom center starting point is located in the wulingyuan district logo door on thewest side of the river, built in 2003, has been designated as a training basefor the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Completedmore than a decade, the center has successfully held “Wu Cheng Hui”,”The 10th national games” slalom kayaking, Asian championships,national canoe slalom youth tournament and so on many domestic and international events, known as “Asia’s best, world-class” slalom.
