According to the recent announcement jointly issued by the Zhangjiajie Development and Reform Commission and the Zhangjiajie Administration for Market Regulation, the following preferential pricing measures have been implemented:
Free admission is extended to:
- Children under the age of 14
- Senior citizens aged 65 and above
- Individuals with disabilities
- Active-duty military personnel and their families
- Dependents of martyrs and deceased military personnel
- Disabled veterans
- Retired military officials, including non-commissioned officers

Moreover, scenic attractions are encouraged to offer complimentary admission or discounted tickets to retired military personnel upon presentation of valid identification.
Religious sites situated within the scenic areas are offering free entry to their respective religious practitioners and staff, as well as to external religious personnel sharing the same faith. Valid credentials must be presented to avail of this benefit.
Additionally, individuals falling within the following categories are eligible for half-price tickets:
- Children between the ages of 14 and 18
- Senior citizens aged 60 to 65
- Full-time undergraduate students or those enrolled in lower levels of education
