Recently, the opening ceremony of the first international oil painting workshop was held in Zhangjiajie. This workshop will last for 16 days. On the occasion, about 30 well-known oil painting artists, which come from 10 different countries, will create their paintings on the spot and exhibit their works in order to communicate with some Chinese painters.
Based on the natural beauty of Zhangjiajie as well as northwestern Hunan, this activity aims at boosting its travel industry. At the same time, this workshop strives to achieve the co-prosperity of art and travel so that improves the world reputation of Zhangjiajie.
This workshop will be kept opening to the public during this period, which allows visitors to view the whole process of those international oil painting artists’ creation.
