After finishing exploration, design, approval and a series of project prophase work, August 12th, Wulingyuan Yangjiajie passenger ropeway project started.
Zhangjiajie Yangjiajie passenger ropeway construction is a key construction project of zhangjiajie. In 2009, according to the city, the district government′s work plans, project was started substantive work, with a total investment of 170 million yuan, including cableway and station building 120 million yuan, 0.5 million yuan supporting facilities.
After the completion of the project, it will get through the western fast channel in zhangjiajie scenic spot core, realizing reasonable core scenic tourist, alleviating the traffic pressure, thus to improve the traffic system, protect the natural ecological environment and promot the city travel development.
